I was in the grocery store this weekend, and much to my surprise, there was the candy. The spooky decorations. Pumpkins. Back to school had come and gone and it was still August.

But soon(ish) it will be my favorite holiday, so here in all her it's-still-summer-but-I-don't-care scary glory, a witch with a very large hat. Synchronize your Halloween and election countdowns!
